Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in health IT or clinical informatics.
- Experience with Epic Willow is required or strongly preferred.
- Ability to analyze pharmacy workflows and translate requirements into system solutions.
- Experience with testing, upgrades, change management, and incident management.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support, optimization, maintenance, and enhancement of Epic Willow applications (Inpatient/Ambulatory).
- Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, operational stakeholders, and IT teams.
- Analyze workflows, gather requirements, and develop testing plans for system enhancements.
- Support implementation, incident resolution, and change management as SME for Epic Willow.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety in medication management processes.
