Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an Epic Willow specialist to maintain and optimize Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory systems. You will work with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT teams to analyze workflows, implement system improvements, and support safe medication management.

Responsibilities include evaluating releases, developing testing plans, supporting change management, incident resolution, and coordinating projects as a Willow subject-matter expert.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Clinical Discipline, or related field (Required)
• Experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree
• Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory Certification (Required)

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, optimization, maintenance, and enhancement of Epic Willow applications (Inpatient and/or Ambulatory)
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT to analyze workflows and implement system improvements
• Develop testing plans and support implementation of system enhancements
• Provide incident resolution, change management, and project coordination as Willow SME
