Sentara Health is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the day-to-day support, optimization, and enhancement of Epic Willow applications across inpatient and ambulatory settings. You will collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT teams to analyze workflows, implement improvements, and ensure safe, efficient medication management.

The role requires Epic Willow Certification and multiple years of healthcare IT experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in IS, healthcare, pharmacy, or related field.
• Experience may substitute for a degree.
• Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Ambulatory Certification required.
• 3+ years in application support/healthcare IT with a Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience with Epic Willow inpatient/ambulatory in a healthcare environment.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for day-to-day support, optimization, maintenance and enhancement of Epic Willow applications.
• Collaborates with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, IT and operational stakeholders to analyze workflows.
• Evaluates software releases/upgrades to optimize clinical and business outcomes while ensuring patient safety.
• Provides incident resolution, change management, and project coordination as SME for Epic Willow.

Educación

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Clinical Discipline, or related field

Experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree
