Sentara Health is seeking a dedicated Epic Willow Application Specialist to support Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory systems. You will work with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT to analyze workflows, implement improvements, and ensure patient safety during upgrades and deployments.
The role requires Epic Willow certification and a strong background in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, and application support.
Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare IT/clinical informatics field.
- Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory Certification required.
- Experience translating business and clinical requirements into system solutions.
Responsabilidades
- Manage day-to-day support, optimization, maintenance, and enhancement of Epic Willow applications.
- Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT teams to analyze workflows and implement system improvements.
- Evaluate software releases and upgrades to optimize clinical and business outcomes while ensuring safety and compliance.
- Develop testing plans, coordinate implementations, and provide incident resolution and change management support.
- Serve as SME for Epic Willow applications and coordinate cross-functional projects.
