Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center is seeking an Epic Willow System Analyst to design, configure, test, and support Willow in inpatient, ambulatory and specialty pharmacy settings. You will bridge pharmacy workflows with IT systems and oversee project builds.

The role requires PharmD licensure in Florida, Epic Willow certification, and at least 5 years in a clinical healthcare or IT pharmacy environment. Remote on-call travel may be involved and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Epic Willow for Mount Sinai pharmacy workflows.
Collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians and IT to optimize medication order and dispensing processes.
Provide system maintenance, troubleshooting and on-call support for Willow-based operations.
Mentor junior analysts and coordinate with clinical trainers on updates and documentation.
Manage small-to-medium IT initiatives, track milestones and report status to leadership.
