Job summary

South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel, Mississippi, seeks an Epic Willow Analyst to design, implement, and optimize the Epic Willow suite, covering Willow Inpatient Pharmacy, Willow Inventory, and related medication management workflows. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/healthcare field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and workflow analysis skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Knowledge of medication-management workflows and healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

Design, build, configure, test, and maintain Epic Willow functionality including medication records and workflows.
Analyze pharmacy workflows and translate requirements into Epic configurations.
Develop and maintain medication-related clinical decision support tools, rules, alerts, and advisories.
Support medication charging and revenue integrity initiatives.
Configure and maintain interfaces between Epic Willow and third-party systems.
Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality implementations.
Identify opportunities for optimization across pharmacy services.
Provide Tier II/III support for Epic Willow users.
Investigate and resolve medication ordering, verification, dispensing, inventory, and administration issues.
