Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA seeks a skilled Epic Willow Specialist to support and optimize Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory systems. You will analyze pharmacy workflows, coordinate with clinicians and IT, and ensure safe medication management amid regulatory requirements.

The role requires Epic Willow certification and a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. You will participate in testing, upgrades, and incident management while contributing to system

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Clinical Discipline, or related field (Required).
• Epic Willow Certification (Inpatient and/or Ambulatory) required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant application support/healthcare IT/Epic experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience supporting Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory applications in healthcare.
• Experience analyzing pharmacy workflows and translating requirements into system solutions.
• Experience with testing, upgrades, change management, incident management, and system optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day Epic Willow support, optimization, maintenance and enhancement.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, operational stakeholders and IT teams to analyze workflows.
• Evaluate releases, upgrades and new functionality to optimize outcomes and safety while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop testing plans and support implementation of system enhancements.
• Provide incident resolution, change management and project coordination as Willow SME.
