Job summary
Sentara Health is seeking an experienced Epic Willow application analyst to manage and optimize Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory systems. You will collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT teams to analyze workflows, gather requirements, and drive improvements that improve patient safety and operational efficiency.
The role requires Epic Willow certification and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare IT, with a focus on pharmacy workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Required)
- Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory Certification (Required)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant application support or Epic experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience supporting Epic Willow in a healthcare environment
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day support, optimization, maintenance and enhancement of Epic Willow apps (Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory).
- Collaborates with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT teams to analyze workflows and drive system improvements.
- Reviews releases and upgrades to optimize outcomes while ensuring compliance and patient safety.
- Provides application support, incident resolution, change management and project coordination.
