Job summary

Medisys Health Network, Inc. seeks an experienced Epic Analyst to join a dual-role team focusing on the Willow application and a second Epic module (preferably ASAP or EpicCare Ambulatory).

You will maintain and support both systems to ensure alignment with Medisys guiding principles and clinical workflows. The role requires hands-on design, testing, and implementation across Epic builds, strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders, and the ability to identify, track, and escalate

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of Analyst Experience with EPIC.
• Analyst needs to be proficient at self-learning.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration and facilitation skills are required.
• Willow Inpatient Certification including current NVTs for 2020.
• Epic ASAP or Ambulatory Proficiency/Certification (or another EPIC application Proficiency/Certification)
• Knowledge of Willow medication charge build experience highly desired. Pharmacy experience desired.
• Reporting build highly desired.
• Clinical background & experience a Plus.
• Decision Support Experience a Plus.
• Integration/Data Mapping Experience a Plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold a dual role supporting the Willow application and another EPIC module.
• Maintain and support both applications to ensure compliance with Medisys guiding principles.
• Engage stakeholders in design, priority setting, implementation, and ongoing support and maintenance.
• Collaborate with teams and peers to achieve outcomes with a positive attitude.
• Identify, track, report on, and escalate issues in a timely manner.
