Job summary

Fitness Connection in Houston, TX is hiring a Part Time Front Desk teammate. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering EPIC greetings and farewells and guiding them to the right services.

You will handle check-ins, registrations, phone inquiries, and retail pro shop operations. Strong English communication and a friendly, energetic demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Members/Guests with EPIC greetings and farewells.
• Check members in using proper procedures; register guests.
• Answer phone with Fitness Connection verbiage and route inquiries.
• Direct guests to the appropriate Fitness Consultant promptly and professionally.
• Serve as a communication hub for members, guests, and teammates.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized front desk and entryway.
• Complete opening and closing duties and basic cleaning as needed.
