Job summary

CHRISTUS Health seeks a Credentialed Trainer I to deliver training on the assigned Epic applications, support end users, and ensure successful adoption of the electronic health record system. The role works with Principal Trainers, Clinical Informatics Analysts, and health-system leaders to ensure proficiency and smooth workflows.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year of education/training experience, healthcare focus preferred.
• Experience delivering training to adult learners, in-person and virtual.
• Experience with Epic applications is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and teach classes for EHR implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with end users and trainers to align training with approved workflows.
• Provide onsite end user support and classroom facilitation.
• Prepare materials, ensure classrooms are ready, and maintain online learning content.
• Assist in maintaining classroom information on online modules.
• Test and troubleshoot the training and build environment, and escalate issues as needed.
• Deliver training content including workflow-based and role-specific sessions and eLearning.
