Pardee UNC Health Care in North Carolina seeks an Epic Training Specialist to optimize the Epic EMR across the Physician Network. You will coach users, support go-live events, and collaborate with training staff to improve learning outcomes.

You\'ll identify training needs, prepare materials with the team, maintain training records, and partner with the Central Billing Office on initiatives to align Epic usage with organizational goals. This is an onsite, full-time role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a clinical setting such as CMA preferred.
• 1–2 years using Epic EMR system required.

Responsabilités

• Identify areas or teams needing Epic support during go-live events or orientation; provide optimization training.
• Collaborate with principal trainers to prepare materials and adjust learning content.
• Maintain training records and provide status updates to supervisor.
• Work with stakeholders and Central Billing Office to align Epic training with organizational goals.
