Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare Corporate seeks a Principal Trainer to serve as the content expert for Epic applications and Piedmont workflows. You will develop and lead the training program and materials, coordinating with other trainers to ensure readiness for go-live events and ongoing user support.

The role requires mastering application functionality, staying current with best practices, and maintaining the training environment in collaboration with the Program Manager and Environments teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer technology or science is required.
• In lieu of degree, four (4) years of relevant work experience will be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Serve as content expert for Epic application and Piedmont workflows.
• Develop and lead the training program and materials.
• Coordinate with other Principal Trainers and the Director for usability and go-live readiness.
• Maintain training environments to closely match production settings.
• Support go-live events and provide user training and support.
