Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare Corporate is seeking a Principal Trainer who will be the content expert for Epic applications, mastering Piedmont-specific workflows and leading the training program and materials for their assigned modules.

You will coordinate with other Principal Trainers, tailor content to end users, deliver training via classroom, WebEx, or one-on-one coaching, and ensure usability. You will build and maintain training environments and participate in go-live events and user support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Experience designing and delivering software training.
• Knowledge of Epic applications or healthcare IT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as content expert for Epic applications and Piedmont workflows.
• Develop and lead the training program and materials for assigned modules.
• Coordinate with other Principal Trainers on cross-workflow training.
• Deliver training via classroom, WebEx, and one-on-one coaching.
• Build, test, and maintain training environments aligned to production.
• Participate in go-live events and provide user support.
