Piedmont Health Services, Inc. in North Carolina is seeking an Epic PACE Application Specialist to bridge PACE operations and IT.

You will configure, optimize, and maintain Epic PACE workflows, templates, and order sets, serving as the SME for PACE workflows and providing training and support during go-live. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of Epic PACE experience, with preference for clinical background.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience working with Epic PACE modules or other EHR clinical systems including charting, ordering, documentation, or scheduling.
• Clinical background as a registered nurse, nurse practitioner, or licensed practical nurse preferred.
• Experience leading or mentoring others, change management, governance, testing strategies/validations, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Epic PACE workflows, including charting, order sets, and templates.
• Collaborate with other Epic modules (MyChart, etc.) to ensure integration and consistent workflows.
• Participate in full project lifecycle: gathering, designing, building, testing, go live, and post go live support.
• Provide guidance and build expertise to support workflow redesign efforts and adoption.
• Coordinate with IT, clinical, and vendor teams for dependencies.
