Job summary

Epic is hiring a Trainer based on our campus in Madison, WI. The role requires relocation to the area and involves leading in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users, plus training Epic staff.

You will design training materials and scenarios, deliver sessions, and help users transition to Epic. You will collaborate with teams to refine training content, develop workflows, and improve software usability, with frequent travel and ongoing professional growth

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher; relocation to Madison, WI area required.
Experience in education, teaching, or performance preferred.
Willingness to travel 25–60% of working days; typical month includes 1–2 trips lasting 2–4 days.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
COVID-19 vaccination required or preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users.
Be the first point of contact for staff and users, shaping their Epic experience.
