Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer based on our campus in Madison, WI, with relocation assistance provided. You’ll lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, serving as the first point of contact for our staff and users as they transition to Epic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (any major).
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• History of academic and professional success.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users.
• Develop training materials and scenarios; oversee the full training lifecycle.
• Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content and partner with organizations to tailor training.
• Contribute to projects to make Epic software more intuitive.
