Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to join our Madison, WI area team with relocation support. You will lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff, becoming the first point of contact as they transition to Epic.

You'll design training materials and scenarios, work with organizations to tailor training, and collaborate on projects to improve software usability. Expect travel and a dynamic team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required or preferred.
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users.
• Serve as the first point of contact for staff and users during transitions to Epic.
• Design instructional materials and create training scenarios delivered to end users.
• Collaborate with organizations to develop their training and workflows.
• Contribute to projects to improve Epic software usability.
