Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer based on our campus in Madison, WI, with relocation assistance. You’ll lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, and be the first point of contact as staff transition to Epic.

You’ll shape the training experience from instructional design to training materials and scenarios, collaborating with teams to create workflow-based content and improve software usability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater required or equivalent.
• Experience in education, teaching, or performance preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days; typical month includes 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area reimbursed.
• COVID-19 vaccination required or preferred per policy.

Responsibilities
