Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer based on our campus near Madison, Wisconsin, with relocation assistance provided. The role involves leading in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff, from instructional design to delivering training materials and scenarios.

You will work with teams to create workflow-based content and support organizations in adopting Epic. You'll be the primary contact for staff, helping them transition to Epic and improving patient care outcomes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with a typical month including 1–2 trips lasting 2–4 days
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
• COVID-19 vaccination

Responsibilities
