Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer based near Madison, WI, with relocation support to join a team that trains physicians, nurses and healthcare staff both in person and virtually. You will design training materials, scenarios and deliver engaging sessions to help users transition to Epic and improve patient outcomes.

As part of tight-knit teams, you’ll shape the trainee experience, collaborate with organizations on workflow-based content, and contribute to projects that make Epic easier to use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users.
• Design instructional materials and training scenarios to support transitions to Epic.
