Job summary

Epic, based near Madison, WI, is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses and healthcare staff as they transition to Epic. The role requires relocation to the Madison area and offers relocation assistance.

You’ll drive instructional design, develop training materials and scenarios, and partner with teams to design workflow-based content. You’ll collaborate with organizations to tailor training and help make Epic software more intuitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (any major).
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• History of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25–60% of working days, with a typical month including 1–2 trips lasting 2–4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.
