Job summary

Vanderbilt Health is seeking a Principal IT Trainer to develop Epic training content, including instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning formats. You will translate system builds and future workflows into documented curriculum, deliver training, and credential trainers as needed. This role can be fully remote from most US locations.

Qualifications

• Designs, develops, and maintains instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning content.
• 5+ years of Epic application experience and related certifications.
• Strong ability to translate workflows into documented curriculum and delivery formats.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and updates training for end users and staff across sites.
• Mentors trainers and leads in classroom evaluations and course updates.
• Creates and maintains training environments and eLearning materials.
