Yuma Regional Medical Center dba Onvida Health seeks a Principal Trainer to lead Epic training strategy, curriculum development, and program execution. You will design, deliver, and optimize role-based training to drive end-user competency, adoption, and workflow efficiency.

Role includes hands-on delivery, go-live support, and alignment of training with system design. A strong background in Epic workflows, curriculum governance, and performance analytics is essential.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree required.
• 3-year experience in curriculum development and training delivery.
• Epic certification in assigned application(s) required or obtainable within 12 months.
• Strong understanding of Epic workflows and system build.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive improvement.
• Excellent communication facilitation skills.

Mansioni

• Design, deliver, and oversee Epic training programs for providers, clinicians, and staff.
• Maintain direct engagement in classroom, virtual, and elbow-to-elbow training.
• Ensure standardized, high-quality training delivery across all trainers and departments.
• Apply adult learning principles to enhance engagement and retention.
• Develop and maintain role-based training curricula aligned with Epic system and workflows.
• Own content governance, including version control and standardization.
• Define and monitor training effectiveness metrics; analyze trends to identify gaps.
