Cape Fear Valley Health is seeking an Epic Principal Trainer to lead the design, development, and delivery of training for Epic users across our health system. You will build curricula, collaborate with SMEs, and ensure training meets clinical and operational needs.

You will create engaging eLearning content, coordinate with the eLearning team, and train staff and end users during implementations, upgrades, and ongoing optimization. Travel to multiple facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of experience in IT Healthcare EHR systems.
• Principal Trainer Certification within three months of hire is required.
• Experience creating training curricula and learning materials.
• Experience with learning management systems is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain Epic training curriculum for assigned modules.
• Develop eLearning modules and online learning tools with the eLearning team.
• Prepare training sessions, materials, and training room setup.
• Collaborate with SMEs and other trainers to deliver classroom and hands-on.
• Lead and present training clearly to diverse audiences.
• Travel between facilities to deliver on-site training and workshops.
