Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Epic Ambulatory Principal Trainer.
• Epic certification is required.
• TED 305 certification is required.
• Hands-on MST Build experience.
• Strong track record creating engaging e-learning and digital training content.
• 2–5 years of Epic EMR/clinical applications experience.
• Excellent requirements analysis and documentation skills.
• Able to translate complex clinical/business needs into training artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Act as Principal Trainer for Epic Ambulatory, driving strategy, curriculum and end-user readiness.
• Create and maintain training materials (e-learning, digital content, ILT, job aids).
• Provide hands-on MST Build support and validate Epic workflows in training environments.
• Capture business/functional/technical requirements and translate into training solutions.
• Document processes using models and diagrams for stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational and IT teams to align training with workflows.
• Support testing, validation, issue resolution and go-live readiness.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to clinicians and leaders.
• Contribute to full lifecycle Epic implementations from discovery to post-production support.
• Travel to onsite activities as needed.
