Job summary

Adventist HealthCare seeks an experienced Epic Training Coordinator for the Epic Program Department to support training logistics across the program. The role involves scheduling, material preparation, learner communications, and performance tracking to ensure effective training outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years in training coordination within healthcare, plus an associate degree or equivalent experience; Epic assessments are part of the interview process.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in education, healthcare, business, IT, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years in training coordination or related administrative support.
• Epic Assessment via Honorlock as part of the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Epic training schedules, class enrollment, learner assignments, roster updates, and calendar logistics.
• Communicate training requirements, schedules, and updates to learners, managers, instructors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain learner records in the LMS and tracking tools; prepare status and completion reports.
• Prepare and maintain training materials, job aids, class rosters, sign-in records, and documentation.
• Coordinate training room, virtual sessions, equipment, access, and environment logistics.
• Support Super User Lead onboarding, engagement activities, and training participation.
• Collect learner feedback and identify barriers; share trends with the Training Manager.
• Provide day-of-session administrative support to instructors and learners.
