Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff, guiding their transition to Epic and helping them save lives. You will design training materials and scenarios and deliver engaging programs across teams.

Based on our Madison, WI campus with relocation assistance, you will shape the training experience, collaborate with client organizations, and contribute to projects to improve software usability and adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days (typical month: 1-2 trips).
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).

Responsibilities

Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses and other healthcare users.
Serve as first point of contact for staff and users during training.
Develop instructional materials and training scenarios for delivery.
Design workflow-based training content with teams and client organizations.
Collaborate on projects to improve Epic software usability.
