Job summary

Piedmont seeks a Principal Trainer to serve as the content expert for Epic applications and Piedmont workflows. You will lead the training program and materials, coordinating with other trainers to cover shared workflows and ensure usability for end users.

You will support go-live events, provide on-site and remote user training, and maintain training environments to reflect production. Strong collaboration with Information Services and program managers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer technology or science, or a closely related field.
• 3 years of progressively responsible professional work experience providing computer-based software training, support, project management, or a closely related field.
• The appropriate Epic certification be successfully obtained for a specific area of assigned responsibility within 90 Days

Responsibilities

• Content expert for Epic applications and Piedmont-specific workflows; master both Epic and Piedmont processes.
• Develop and lead the implementation of the training program and materials for respective applications.
• Coordinate with other Principal Trainers for shared workflow areas and support go-live events and user training.
• Build, test, and maintain the training environment to closely match production environments.
