Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare Corporate is seeking a Principal Trainer to become the content expert for Epic applications and Piedmont workflows. You will develop and lead the training program, create training materials, and coordinate with other trainers for shared workflows across user groups.

The role requires mastering Epic platforms, staying current with best practices, and participating in go-live events. You will build, test, and maintain training environments and provide both on-site and remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or
• 3+ years of progressively responsible professional work experience providing computer-based software training, support, project management, or a closely related field
• Epic certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date

Responsibilities

• Master Epic applications and Piedmont workflows for training.
• Develop and lead the implementation of the training program and materials.
• Coordinate with Program Manager, Environments to align training with production.
• Ensure training environments closely match production environments.
• Support go-live events and provide user support, on-site or remote.
