Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalently four years of relevant work experience.
• 3 years of professional work experience in computer-based software training, support or project management.
• Epic certification for assigned responsibility within 90 days required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the training program for Epic applications and Piedmont workflows.
• Maintain training materials and ensure training aligns with end-user workflows.
• Coordinate with Program Manager, Environments to mirror production environments in training settings.
