Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Principal Trainer to serve as the content expert for Epic applications and Piedmont workflows. You will design and lead a comprehensive training program, create materials, and coordinate with other trainers to align with user workflows and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3 years of professional work in software training or related field.
• Epic certification must be obtained for area of responsibility within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as content expert for Epic applications and Piedmont workflows.
• Develop, implement and maintain training programs and materials.
• Coordinate with other Principal Trainers for shared workflows.
• Provide on-site and remote user support and assist go-live activities.
