Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Principal Trainer to serve as the content expert for Epic applications and Piedmont-specific workflows. The role develops and leads training programs and materials, coordinating with other trainers to cover shared workflows and ensure effective end-user proficiency under the direction of the Director.

This position oversees training strategy, builds and tests training environments, and supports go-live events, with on-site and remote user support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, computer technology or science or equivalent.
• 4 years of related experience in software training, support or project management.
• Epic certification must be obtained within 90 days of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of training programs for Epic applications.
• Coordinate with workgroups to ensure training aligns with workflows and go-live readiness.
