Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare Corporate seeks a Principal Trainer to serve as the content expert for Epic applications and Piedmont-specific workflows. The role develops and leads comprehensive training programs and materials, coordinating with other trainers to cover end-user workflows and ensuring training aligns with production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in related field.
• 3+ years of professional work experience in computer-based software training, support or project management.
• Epic certification must be obtained for assigned area within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as content expert for Epic applications and Piedmont workflows.
• Develop and lead end-to-end training programs and materials.
• Coordinate with Program Manager, Environments to align training with production environments.
• Deliver training via classroom, web-based learning, remote instruction, and one-on-one coaching.
• Support go-live events and provide user support across sites.
