Job summary

YVFWC is seeking an Epic Application Analyst/Coordinator to support Epic environments remotely, designing and maintaining electronic systems and configurations. The role emphasizes strong Epic configuration and collaboration with clinical, operational, and administrative teams.

Ideal candidates have Epic experience, with on-site weeks in Toppenish, WA, and relocation support if needed. This healthcare mission delivers broad services across the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or healthcare field is required.
• Four years' experience in healthcare with Epic and/or applications support may substitute for degree.
• Two years of healthcare/technical experience supporting applications and end users preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, implements, maintains, and troubleshoots Epic systems.
• Monitors systems and takes action to resolve issues.
• Gathers requirements from stakeholders and modifies the system accordingly.
• Coordinates testing and validates upgrades and integrations.
• Provides user support and guidance during Epic implementations.
