Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking an Epic Analyst to support clinical systems modernization in a remote capacity. The role focuses on Epic configurations, integrations, and delivering technical solutions to healthcare workflows. The position requires 3+ years with Epic in a technical build role, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.

You will work 40 hours per week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Qualifications

• Current Epic certification or proficiency in Orders, Order Transmittal, Order Sets, and/or ICON with 3+ years of experience.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in business systems analysis or a related technical role within the healthcare industry.
• 3+ years of hands-on technical experience working with Epic in a technical build role.
• Communication and analytical skills with a record of presenting systems prototypes and functional models to business users.

Responsibilities

• Implement, modify, test, and administer complex business systems and applications, specializing in Epic environments.
• Conduct analysis of business and user needs to deliver technical systems solutions.
• Design screens, workflows, reports, interfaces, and prepare functional and technical specifications for system changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues.
• Assist in managing service incidents and requests as a subject matter expert for technical configurations and integrations.
• Lead meetings and direct team problem-solving sessions.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for external vendors and resolve vendor-related technical challenges.
