Qualifications

• Epic certification is required.
• Minimum of three years in an IT or healthcare role.
• Epic end user experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains Epic systems and databases to ensure optimum performance.
• Leads system reviews, gathers requirements, and supports project planning and testing.
• Mentors and trains staff; communicates status to stakeholders and management.
