Qualifications

• Epic certification preferred; must obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with Epic applications, configurations, data governance, and security is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration, support, and maintenance of Epic applications.
• Collaborate with business, clinical, IT, and vendor teams to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
• Participate in testing, upgrades, and post‑implementation support for Epic modules.
• Assist with requirements gathering, workflow improvements, and documentation.
• Provide after-hours support as needed and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
