Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Consulting Analyst to support IT implementations, optimizations, and incident resolution in a remote USA-based role. You will lead initiative groups, gather data for incidents and support builds and upgrades to ensure efficient operations.

Required BA/BS in a related field with Epic experience/certification and at least four years in healthcare IT. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected, with strong problem-solving skills and teamwork.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in computer science, information technology, healthcare administration or related field.
• Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency in at least two applications preferred.
• Epic Proficiency with Certification level scores in at least 2 applications within first 3 months.
• Minimum four years of professional experience in information services or health care industries preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups of initiatives related to applications or process improvements.
• Provide incident/issue support with data gathering.
• Troubleshoot and resolve vendor-level complexity in Tier 2 applications.
• Complete the most complex applications builds/fixes.
• Apply advanced knowledge in at least two Epic modules.
