Health First seeks an Epic Applications Analyst II to support configuration and optimization of Epic EHR systems, ensuring smooth clinical and business operations. You will serve as a key liaison between end-users and IT, identify workflow improvements, resolve issues, and guide upgrades.

You will lead system testing, develop and deliver training, and work with departments to implement enhancements, ensuring high-quality outcomes and user adoption.

Qualifikationen

• Two (2) years of experience in EHR support or Healthcare IT preferred.

• Provides advanced support to end-users by diagnosing, resolving, and documenting complex issues.
• Configures applications based on user and departmental requests to align with workflows.
• Develops, updates, and administers training for upgrades and onboarding.
• Leads system and QA tests for upgrades, patches, and feature rollouts.
• Partners with clinical and operational teams to review workflows for optimizations.
• Troubleshoots applications and escalates when needed with Epic support.
• Notates and tracks incidents in the ticketing system to ensure timely resolutions.
• collaborates in governance, change control, and enhancement requests.
