Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks an Epic Applications Analyst II to analyze, design, and modify software applications within our healthcare IT environment. You will encode, test, and install modules, support system upgrades, and coordinate with IT staff and external vendors.

The role requires Epic build experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task across projects. Occasional travel to other offices and training events may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years Epic build experience.
• Minimum of three years of PC-oriented experience including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Presentation, communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional image and excellent customer relations.
• Analyzes, designs, and modifies Epic software modules, including testing and installation.
• Provides advanced Epic Applications Analyst II-level expertise.
• Serves as liaison between IT, vendors and clients for multiple systems.
• Gathers and prioritizes development initiatives with departments.
• Coordinates system upgrades and large projects.
• Mentors Epic Applications Analyst I and participates in training.
• Occasional travel to other offices for user support and training.
