Responsibilities

• Manage inbound patient inquiries and place outbound calls regarding account status, complaints, and follow-ups.
• Efficiently schedule and update patient appointments in EPIC (HealthConnect).
• Accurately log detailed notes and create complete messages for clinical and administrative staff.
• Research patient inquiries and account details to provide clear, accurate responses.
