Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in healthcare patient service.
• 1 year of experience handling a high volume of inbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of calls using a multi-line phone (80+ calls/day).
• Schedule appointments for multiple clinical sites per client protocols.
• Enter patient demographics and insurance data into the system.
• Document call outcomes and notes in the client system.
• Report complex clinical issues to the supervisor/client partner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet department goals.
