Job summary

The role requires at least 3 years of experience in healthcare technical development or operations, with preferred experience in Epic scheduling design. Monday–Friday, 8-5, with occasional flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 3 years' experience in healthcare scheduling or operations.
• Experience with Epic Scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains scheduling templates and guidelines.
• Collaborates with CPAS leadership to align scheduling rules with business needs.
• Analyzes scheduling data to improve access and provider utilization.
• Leads project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation for scheduling changes.
• Provides training and guidance on Epic Scheduling best practices.
