UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks a scheduling analyst to optimize Epic Scheduling workflows, supporting clinic operations, patient access and provider utilization. Works under minimal direction and collaborates with Clinic Leadership to validate and maintain scheduling systems.
The role requires at least 3 years of experience in healthcare technical development or operations, with preferred experience in Epic scheduling design. Monday–Friday, 8-5, with occasional flexibility.

Works under minimal direction while collaborating with Clinic Leadership to optimize scheduling workflows that have the best positive outcome for clinic operations, patient access and safety, and provider utilization. This position is responsible for assisting in the technical and operational validation, maintenance and support of Epic Scheduling while maintaining Epic best practices. Performs in-depth analysis of operational scheduling requirements including complex scheduling protocols. Collaborates with other team members to assist in design, validation, and problem resolution.

Work Schedule: This position is typically scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. To support business and project needs, occasional flexibility may be required, including early morning or evening hours.
