Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an Integration Analyst to design, implement, and maintain system-integrated scheduling pathways for physician and hospital-based appointments. You will act as a subject matter expert in scheduling workflow, partnering with clinical stakeholders to optimize access and drive proactive solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 1 year of customer service experience
• 1 year of healthcare experience with emphasis in appointment scheduling
• Epic Candence Certification

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain system integrated scheduling pathways for physician and hospital appointments
• Serve as SME in scheduling workflow and optimize centralized access services using Epic tools
• Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to identify and mitigate scheduling issues and design solutions
• Facilitate IT coordination for Epic changes, go-lives, and change management for scheduling contact centers
• Create training materials and provide user training and support for process changes
