Responsibilities

• Develops and updates scheduling templates for assigned areas using the Epic Scheduling Template guidelines.
• Monitors master and daily schedule change requests and optimizes provider time in clinics.
• Trains Template Builders to ensure consistency with scheduling standards.
• Maintains detailed documentation of change requests in ServiceNow.
• Supports scheduling areas with technical and administrative tasks and presentations.
