Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management including charge capture, coding, billing and A/R collections.
• 7-10 years of product management and/or healthcare informatics experience.
• Proven leadership with ability to align stakeholders and drive outcomes.
• Strong data analytics mindset and ability to translate data into actions.
• Experience with change management and user adoption of clinical technology.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategic direction for the Epic Domain, aligned with senior leadership and OKRs.
• Own the product roadmap, manage backlog, and assess value of new initiatives with business cases.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design to deliver solutions in an agile environment.
• Partner with design to capture user needs and document detailed product requirements.
• Lead product launches, create end-user training materials, and drive improvements via feedback.
• Provide executive-level reporting on status, risks, and decisions with stakeholders.
• Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments and documentation reviews.
• Support readiness, adoption, and feedback loops for Epic-based releases with training teams.
• Assist domain leaders in recruiting and developing product and informatics talent.
