Job summary
CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Epic EHR platform strategy and Roadmap across CDI, coding, billing, and analytics. You will drive adoption, quality, and safety in enterprise informatics initiatives and align with business and engineering leaders.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in Revenue Cycle Management including coding and back-end billing
- 7-10 years in product management/healthcare informatics
- Proven leadership and collaboration with senior stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and strategy for Epic domain aligned with OKRs
- Develop and manage the product roadmap with stakeholders
- Coordinate with engineering, data science, and design in agile sprints
- Work with design to gather requirements and ensure user needs are met
- Manage product launches, training materials, and end-user docs
- Provide executive-level status, risks, and decision recommendations
- Develop governance for Epic assessments and support readiness efforts
- Support talent recruitment and development for product and informatics
