Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Epic EHR platform and integrated clinical informatics for Revenue Cycle Management. You will own strategy, requirements, and roadmap for CDI, coding, billing, collections, and analytics, applying Epic expertise and user-centered design.

You will partner with stakeholders, align with senior leaders, manage backlogs, and drive adoption through training, governance, and data-driven improvements across enterprise informatics

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management including charge capture, medical coding, back-end billing and collections.
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in product management and/or healthcare informatics.
• Proven leader with ability to drive strategic decisions and coordinate resources.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to work with analytics teams to evaluate success.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategic direction for the Epic Domain.
• Define the product roadmap and oversee backlog management and prioritization.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, and design to build and enhance products.
• Work with design to create intuitive products and document requirements.
• Define and manage launches including training materials and end-user docs.
• Provide executive-level reporting on product status, risks, and decisions.
